Shipping policy

Shipping and Handling Time:

Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of purchase confirmation bearing bad weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Orders placed Friday 7 p.m. EST through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday (bearing that Monday is not a holiday in which delivery services are closed).

We do not ship during holidays.

Delivery Time:

Delivery time frame can vary based upon location but can roughly take between 4-7 days once the post office has the package.

Shipping Cost:

Shipping is free within the continental United States.

Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico have a flat rate of $29.99.

Services:

Orders are shipped via USPS ground and insured.

If another service is needed due to location or needing expedited shipping, please contact us for options and pricing.

Tracking:

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Address:

Once the order is shipped, your address cannot be changed. Please ensure your address is correct prior to purchasing.

Please contact us immediately if the incorrect address is given as there is a small window of time to cancel the order. 

Lost and Stolen Packages:

All orders will ship insured, and packages that are lost in the mail will be reimbursed for the purchase amount. This may take several days as USPS has a minimum wait time of two weeks before a missing package claim can be submitted.

Once an order is marked as delivered by USPS or any shipping service, the insurance no longer applies, and we can no longer provide reimbursement for the package if it is stolen or misplaced.

Packaging:

All orders are well padded and secured to ensure that they reach the destination safely.

Return Shipping and Address: 

If a return is needed, please contact us for the return address.

The buyer is responsible for purchasing the return label.
